Raw steel. One-piece. Designed to fit 21″ wheels on Breakout models. True custom is found in small details. If you look really carefully, and add 500 years, it could lead you to believe this fender might have been sculpted as an ornament in a modern version of the Sistene Chapel. Note: Kodlin recommends using 4 x 5/16 washers for installation.
